Engine Oil Drain Plug. There are two of these on each engine. One on the sump to drain the entire oil. One on the side case to attain correct oil level.
If yours is rusty, get one of these to smarten things up.
Listing is for one drain plug only.
A sealing washer is required with these bolts to ensure the correct seal.
